This 13 year old practice in a 1500 sq ft clinic located in professional center that is only a few years old and in excellent condition with more than adequate parking.  The current rent for the office is $2,584.00 per month. There is three years left on the current lease.

The equipment and furnishings to be sold with the practice are valued at approximately $25,000.00; some of which include drop tables, chattanooga laser and hydromassage lounge.

Murrells Inlet is a city in Georgetown County, South Carolina. It has a population of 9,137, with 63,128 people in the surrounding county. This seaside village an outdoorsman’s dream. Kayak in the morning, deep sea fish in the afternoon and have a beautiful dinner with water views. Located between Myrtle Beach and Georgetown, this is a great place to live work and raise a family.

There are approximately 6-10 other chiropractors in the area.

The current doctor wishes to sell in order to spend more time with family.

Over the 12 months, this practice has averaged 11 new patients per month and 440 monthly office visit. This puts the patient visit average at 40. For the same 12 months the practice averaged monthly services of $23,087.00 with monthly collections of $16,550.00. This puts the collection percentage at 72% and also shows that the office routinely collects $38 per visit.  All fees are commensurate with others in the area.

There are no receivables figured into any of our formula but these may be purchased at closing for an additional amount of money if both buyer and seller agree. The current doctor describes this practice as a straight chiropractic clinic (no services other than adjustments).  Techniques of choice are Pierce, Toggle, Diversified and Thompson.

The clinic currently employs two chiropractic / front desk assistants. The current doctor states that he has never and does not currently have an insurance audit or malpractice case.
