The 1600 sq. ft. clinic is located in a strip mall in excellent condition with adequate parking. The rent on the clinic is $1,200.00 per month. All equipment and furnishings to be sold with the practice are valued at approximately $16,700.00. The clinic does have EHR w/EZBiz. There is non-digital Xray on site. The tables are Drop and HiLo.

Murphy is a town in and the county seat of Cherokee County, North Carolina. Murphy is an old town with its origin dating back to 1830s. Downtown is beautiful with flower and tree lined streets and many historic buildings restored to their original state. Murphy has restaurants, many unique shops, and other interesting locations all within walking distance in the heart of town. There is lots of hiking, exploration, fishing, and hunting. Murphy has a population of 1,677 with 29,098 people in the surrounding Cherokee County. There are four other chiropractors in the area.
