This thriving practice that has been in the same location for the past 35 years. The clinic is 2500 sq feet and is located in a professional complex with more than adequate parking. The is 6 years remaining on the current lease with renewable options. The lease on the space is $2,985.00 per month. All equipment and furnishings to be sold with the practice are valued at approximately $9,608.
 
The town of Dunwoody is a north west city of Atlanta Georgia. It has a population of 48,992 with 768,079 people in the surrounding DeKalb county.  There are approximately 25 chiropractors in the area.

During the 12 months of 2020, this practice averaged 6 new patients per month (*March-June, only severely acute NP’s accepted) and 247 monthly office visit. This puts the patient visit average at 41. For the same 12 months the practice had $37,666.00 in services rendered and $37,599.00 in collections. This puts the collection percentage at 99% and all CASH! Most patients receive a chiropractic adjustment, a nutrition modality, muscle testing, a nervous system rehab technique, and walk out with supplements.  These services are strictly out of pocket and results in an average patient visit of $140.00. Keep in mind the the chiropractor charges $55 for the adjustment so approximately 60% of income is through nutrition modalities and supplements.
