The rent on the clinic would be $3,757.00 per month. This clinic enjoys dozens of 5 star reviews. All equipment and furnishings to be sold with the practice are valued at approximately $70,000.00. The clinic does have EHR w/Chirotouch. There is no on-site Xray. Tables are Drop, Flexion/Distraction and Decompression. The office was recently remodeled. The technology, server, laptops and computers are between 1-5 years of age. The website is hosted by Chiromatrix.

Centennial is located just south of the Denver metro area in Arapahoe County and is one of Colorado’s newest and largest cities. Centennial is home to the Streets at SouthGlenn, which offers a variety of shops, boutiques and restaurants. Centennial is an upscale community with a population of 103,545 and its surrounding county has a population of 655,853.   

During the last 12 months, this practice averaged 26 new patients per month and 477 monthly office visits. This puts the patient visit average at 18.
